Περιλαμβάνει 781 έργα ζωγραφικής, χαρακτικής και σχέδια, που καλύπτουν δύο αιώνες (19ος -20ός), νεοελληνικής εικαστικής παραγωγής όπως έργα των Α. Γιαλλινά, Α. Προσαλέντη, Νικ. Λύτρα, Κ.Βολανάκη, Π.Λεμπέση, Γ.Ιακωβίδη, Θ. Τριανταφυλλίδη, Ν. Λύτρα, Κ.Μαλέα, Κ.Παρθένη και άλλων σημαντικών καλλιτεχνών.
Η παρούσα συλλογή έχει ενταχθεί στη βάση δεδομένων GreeD που δημιουργήθηκε στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος INTERREG II, με στόχο την καταγραφή και ανάλυση της ελληνικής διαλέκτου Griko της περιοχής του Σαλέντο της Απουλίας.
This tool was developed within the project DARIAH-GR Developing a Greek Research Infrastructure for the Humanities DYAS.
The user, an arts and humanities researcher or scholar can use the registries to access information on Greek institutions or individuals, and the collections, both analogue and digital, they own or manage.
The tool takes advantage of the expertise and the available digital resources to improve the quality of users’ research or for educational purposes.
Cultural heritage managers (archivists, librarians, museum curators) leverage the collective expertise to maximize the social use of digital resources in the humanities and cultural heritage.
The content of the digital tool is being continuously enriched and updated with the aim to enhance the visibility of Greek analogue and digital content and to provide increased access to scholarly content. Therefore the contribution of users is essential.
The result was made possible thanks to the invaluable assistance of all the contributors of the institutions who responded to DYAS’ invitation. We are most grateful for the time they took to help with the project.
