Το περιεχόμενο των εγγράφων του αρχείου αφορά σε εγκυκλίους, επιστολές, αποφάσεις, αιτήσεις και αναφορές, οι οποίες προέκυψαν μέσα στα πλαίσια της διοικητικής δραστηριότητας του Τμήματος Επαγγελματικής Εκπαιδεύσεως, καθώς και στην υπηρεσιακή αλληλογραφία μεταξύ των σχολών και του Τμήματος.
Οι βάσεις ορολογικών δεδομένων περιλαμβάνουν: τη Βάση Τηλεπικοινωνιακών Όρων (τετράγλωσση: GR/EN/FR/DE), τη Βάση Όρων Τεχνολογίας Πληροφοριών (τρίγλωσση INFORTERM, τη Βάση Όρων TERMTERM (Όροι από το έργο της επιτροπής ΕΛΟΤ-ΤΕΕ/ΤΕ21, συλλογικού μέλους της ΕΛΕΤΟ) (τρίγλωσση: GR/EN/FR) και την τετράγλωσση Διεθνή Βάση TermTerm (γερμανικά, αγγλικά, γαλλικά, ελληνικά) με όρους της Ορολογίας (ένα μεγάλο μέρος της βάσης προέρχεται από τη βάση TERMTERM της ΕΛΕΤΟ, βάσει συμφωνίας μεταξύ ΕΛΕΤΟ και Termnet).
This tool was developed within the project DARIAH-GR Developing a Greek Research Infrastructure for the Humanities DYAS.
The user, an arts and humanities researcher or scholar can use the registries to access information on Greek institutions or individuals, and the collections, both analogue and digital, they own or manage.
The tool takes advantage of the expertise and the available digital resources to improve the quality of users’ research or for educational purposes.
Cultural heritage managers (archivists, librarians, museum curators) leverage the collective expertise to maximize the social use of digital resources in the humanities and cultural heritage.
The content of the digital tool is being continuously enriched and updated with the aim to enhance the visibility of Greek analogue and digital content and to provide increased access to scholarly content. Therefore the contribution of users is essential.
The result was made possible thanks to the invaluable assistance of all the contributors of the institutions who responded to DYAS’ invitation. We are most grateful for the time they took to help with the project.
