Περιγραφή

Greek : Πρόκειται για μια αναδρομική ψηφιοποίηση των συνταγματικών κειμένων που διατηρούνται στις Ειδικές Συλλογές της Βιβλιοθήκης, με προτεραιότητα στα ελληνικά συνταγματικά κείμενα της περιόδου από τα τέλη του 18ου έως τα μέσα του 19ου αιώνα. Το ισχύον Σύνταγμα της Ελλάδας, όπως αναθεωρήθηκε το 2008, και ο Κανονισμός της Βουλής είναι διαθέσιμα σε ψηφιακή μορφή μέσω του διαδικτυακού τόπου της Βουλής.

English : The Library has proceeded in digitising the constitutional texts which are held in the Special Collections, with an emphasis given to the Greek constitutional texts of the period between the end of the 18th century and the middle of the 19th century. The immediate and full access to this material via the Digital Library contributes to the research and to a better understanding of the political institutions and the constitutional history of Greece. The current Constitution of Greece (last revision in 2008) in English, French and German translation and the Standing Orders of the Parliament are digitally available via the Hellenic Parliament’s website.

French : La Bibliothèque a procédé à la numérisation rétrospective des textes constitutionnels conservés dans les Colletions Spéciales, donnant priorité aux textes constitutionnels grecs de la période comprise entre la fin du XVIIIe et le milieu du XIXe siècles. L’accès direct et aisé à ces documents, grâce à la Bibliothèque Numérique, permet de mieux comprendre et d’expliquer les institutions politiques et d’étudier l’histoire constitutionnelle. La Constitution de la Grèce actuellement en vigueur et révisée en 2008, ainsi que le Règlement du Parlement sont disponibles sous forme numérique sur le site du Parlement.
